Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy Statement

AceTeam (known as AceTeam Networks Sdn Bhd) is committed to protecting the environment and ensuring a safe, healthy workplace. This Policy defines how our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System mitigates risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continual operational improvement.

It is our policy to:

• Protect the environment, including prevention of pollution, sustainable use of resources, and reduction of environmental impacts arising from our activities, products, and services.
• Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
• Eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks through effective risk assessment and control measures.
• Fulfil applicable legal and other requirements related to environmental protection and occupational safety and health.
• Continually improve the environment and the health and safety management system.
• Encourage open communication, consultation, and participation of employees in health and safety matters to foster a culture of safety.
• Ensure that contractors, suppliers, and external service providers comply with AceTeam’s environmental and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy on drugs, alcohol and prohibited substances in the workplace.
• Respect and uphold the rights of employees who have reasonable justification to believe that there is an imminent danger to life or serious injury at the workplace to remove themselves from the danger or unsafe work area after informing their supervisor or employer.
• Regularly monitor, review, and improve environmental performance, OH&S performance, and effectiveness of control measures.

This Policy is applied to the entire Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System, as defined in the Scope of the HSE Management System. Users of this document are all employees of AceTeam Networks Sdn Bhd, as well as relevant external parties.
