Quality Policy Statement

AceTeam (known as AceTeam Networks Sdn Bhd) is committed to delivering quality solutions and services through the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). This Policy shall describe the way AceTeam conducts its operations, considers internal and external factors that influence quality, and manages the risks and opportunities that may affect the ability to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

This will enable quality assurance measures to be put in place to enhance customer satisfaction, ensure service reliability, and support the continual improvement of our processes and business performance. The Policy aims to define the purpose, direction, principles, and rules for quality management to:

• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, contractual and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Deliver services and solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements in terms of functionality, timeliness, and reliability.
• Promote quality awareness among all employees through training, communication, and defined responsibilities.
• Establish measurable quality objectives that align with our strategic direction and continually monitor progress toward them.
• Ensure risks and opportunities that can affect product and service conformity are identified and addressed effectively.
• Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers by consistently delivering dependable outcomes.
• Encourage a culture of continual improvement and innovation across all business processes and departments.
• Ensure that external service providers comply with AceTeam’s quality management needs and requirements.
• Improve and strengthen the implementation of an internationally recognized Quality Management System (QMS).

This Policy is applied to the entire Quality Management System (QMS), as defined in the Scope of the QMS. Users of this document are all employees of AceTeam Networks Sdn Bhd, as well as relevant external parties.
